Bell began his career as a child actor at the age of five. His first television appearance was in a commercial for Whirlpool Appliances. He followed up with small roles in shows like Home Improvement, Gun, The Drew Carey Show, and Seinfeld. His early film credits include Drifting School (1995) and Jerry Maguire. Bell starred opposite Amanda Bynes in the sketch comedy and variety show, The Amanda Show. The series ran on Nickelodeon from 1999 to 2002 for a total of 42 episodes. Bell starred as “Drake Parker” alongside Josh Peck “Josh Nichols” in the sitcom, Drake & Josh. The show earned him multiple Kid’s Choice Awards including for favorite TV actor.
