I think you can go to almost any music store or Don Qui Hote and they should have some... or at least when I went there was a lot. I went when there was a kpop boom though.
But you can also go to Shin Okubo is Japan's Korea Town.
I know for CDs you can go to the Don Qui Hote and Shin Okubo and they they definitely have them. (That's where I bought most of mine.)
Pretty much almost every block as a different store with different Kpop CD's and different Kpop goods there.
Since every store has different goods there every store you walk into has different goods.
You can buy CDs, photo books, towels, light sticks, folders, posters, look-a-like jewelry your idols have worn, and many other things there including Korean beauty supplies.
There is even an Official Jang Geun Suk store there, although I haven't gone inside.
If you go to Shin Okubo you'll want to spend at least a few hours there, probably not the whole day though... unless you have the money for it....
You can also eat Korean food there too since they have a lot of Korean restaurants there.
There is also those coffee shops that are almost like host clubs were you go inside and the good looking Korean boys will serve you coffee... but again I haven't gone inside (since I was unfortunately with my little brother who didn't want to be in Shin Okubo since he doesn't care for Kpop.)
Anyways, I went wild in Shin Okubo when I was in Japan.
It was fun, but easy to get lost since it's literally just blocks and blocks of stores.
Don't go at night either since it's easier to get lost at night.
Have fun in Shin Okubo!
